No gas at manifold

Hi All. New camper, and my used Swift Charisma 2005 is getting a good clean. Question on gas. I've got no gas at any appliances. Gas is getting through the regulator as I disconnected the outlet pipe and opened the bottle a little. All the valves are open on the manifold. Couldn't find any hidden valves anywhere else. What on earth could I be doing wrong, or is it a job for the pros? Tried 2 cylinders, 2 pig tails, leaving hob on for 10 minutes. All to no avail. Thanks!

Start with the simple things.
Is there a removable cover on the gas exhaust which will be on the outside of the caravan?
Is there a lid on the cooker hob that has to be fully raised to open the shut off valve.
There are normally shut off taps for each appliance in the gas pipework.
When a caravan has been recently serviced these taps are sometimes turned off.

Hi
Welcome to the forum, you say in op you left hob on for 10 mins and still no gas did you keep the control knob pressed to bypass the safety device (thermocouple) whilst trying to ignite, should only take about 30 seconds to dispell air and ingnite also you say that you checked gas was passing through the regulator I would recommend a gas soundness check is done by by a professional

Final bit maybe the gas cylinder is empty and not enoughto pass through the regulator, they do need a pressure.
Good luck.
