Hi I’m currently in my Elddis Avante 840 and went to have a showe, I put the water heater on gas waited 25 mins and got in, lovely and warm my hubby put the heater back on but it didn’t come on, now it’s cold tried electric still cold, tried changing fuse still not workin, I don’t know what else to try, any suggestions would be much appreciate. Thanks in advance
 
Sorry it’s a whale under floor boiler controlled by whale intelligent control panel also my van is 2018 we have pressed reset button on boiler still no luck no faults on panel the red lights not coming on when using gas and electric is not working either
 
Thank you Woodentop for your advice I’m going home tomorrow but will be back at my van soon, I think it best I call them while I’m at the van just in case they ask me to try something, if I get it fixed (and I remember) I will post an updated once I have spoken to Whale
