no saftey rail on bunk help please

If you bought it new from a dealer, contact the dealer. Even a secondhand one from a dealer should have the rails for safety.

Otherwise contact your seller who might have them. or order them from your dealer.
 
Hi, This happened to us. We bought a 2nd hand van from a dealer & when we went to set the bunks up for the kids you guessed it.....no roll out boards! Rang the dealer up who ordered them in for us, free of charge. Try the dealer or the person you bought the van from.

I noticed in their new catalogue that they sell safty netting that hooks on the ceiling & the bunk bed to stop kids falling out of bed
