Just picked up a new van yesterday and everything worked fine last night. Have moved sites today and since moving cannot get any hot or cold water from the taps, but the heating is working.
Anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you resolve it please?

I had same problem when we first used our Pegasus. The pump ran but no water, at best a few spits. I found that it was an air lock caused by air being trapped in the carbon filter that is on the end of the water supply pipe that you drop into the aquaroll. This can also cause rhe filter to rise to the surface and suck in air. Try removing the pipe from the van end and plunging the filter end up and down a few times to remove the air and get water into the filter and pipe. Also make sure that you only have just enough pipe in the aquaroll for the filter to go to the bottom of the drum.

Hi
We bought a new Pegasus Bologna last year and have continual problems with the water and air. I now have a large socket which is also very heavy, which the pipe passes through and the socket sits on the filter. The problem is the filers are a lot lighter than the old ones used to be and the slightest pocket of air makes them lift and take in air. I would love to know how you get on as we are not sorted my any stretch of the imagination. Sounds like you have exactly the same issue as we have.

Problem finally resolved after we went back to dealer. Turned out to be collapsed filter cartridge in aquaroll - this caused pump to suck the contents of cartridge into the pump which jammed solid. Dealer resolved by flushing system, fitting new pump including inline filter as supplied by Whale but NOT fitted by Bailey!
