Took the van out for the first time this weekend, to get it aired, warmed up, and checked for defects, and once again, this has become defective in my 2008 Jubilee Courier

Any one know of a like for like replacement, or even, a replacement board for the sealed unit, as it apperas that my dealer, (small one man band) has opened the sealed unit, by drillig out the rivets, fitted a board that kinda fits, and roughly riveted it again !!!
