Normanhurst Court, Battle

Hi everyone. We have a week booked at Normanhurst Court near Battle soon. What do people think of the site?

Great site, at its best in May when the flowers (cannot spell Rhodadendrams!) are spectacular, Battle bangers are tasty, good dog walks all around, Rye, Battle and even Hastings are worth a visit and not far too Dover if you fancy a booze cruise, we hope you enjoy your visit, we go every year as we have family there, best pitch we think turn left up the hill and pitch on the left near the water point, has space behind, like its own garden.

Hi Rowan

We absolutely loved Normans Court, the flowers, the general layout. A note of warning on approaching the site from Battle, its a very tight left hander back on yourself... take it steady and slightly wider.

Make sure you visit Battle Abbey and walk the battlements. Another great place to visit is Yesterday Year just a short walk up from the Abbey... it'll bring back your childhood with all the toys you used to have and broke.

Towards the back end of Hastings is a Tesco's Mega Store, TomTom will find it. Wish we where coming..

Kev & Max...
