Hi,

No, this depends on how the factory built the caravan, what options were fitted when it was ordered, if the caravan has been repaired and new sections added, and things like water (humidty) adsorbed by the framework.

The only way is to measure the noseweight - Tesco (and other supermarkets I'm sure) sell a set of mechanical bathroom scales for under

.... and it all depends what you call unladen.

Presumably you aren't going to use it unladen that much so you might as well work using the spec for max. noseweight for car and caravan (whichever is the lower of the two). If the actual figure is way off the spec you can use appropriate ballast, if otherwise unladen, or by redistributing the load, if laden.
