Oil filled radiator - What power rating???

Some friends are looking at ways to suitably and safely heat their caravan overnight and also during the day... An oil filled radiator has been recommended, but what size and power rating would be required to suitably heat the living area of a 1991 Elddis 4 berth caravan, with side dinette and rear bathroom.

Would they need a 500 or 800 watt or a 1kw?

I use a 750watt bought from Focus.

Hi Andrew, also consider getting a plug in thermostat. That way you can set a comfort level or frost watch etc.
