On test: Caravelair Antarès 476

Is this quirky six-berth, that's relatively light and affordably priced, the answer for touring families? Just click here to take a look and see what we thought after taking it on holiday to France.

What do you think?

Price, length and weight certainly in its favour. With a nice full awning that most families would have anyway it looks like a pretty nifty set up for a young family. Good to see more innovation in layouts hitting our shores. :cheer:

A six berth caravan with only four seats makes no sense in this country. The front bed should convert to another lounge or to me it just cannot work. The weight and price are good but to me the smaller models make far more sense and an electric heater would help.
