Onboard water problem

Hi All
I have a swift conqueror with a onboard water tank when I try to use the water from the aquaroll the water pump constant runs and I have no water at taps,if I use onboard tank it all works fine.i have turned valve I both positions but still can't get it to work from aquaroll only ?
