Onboard water tank

Hello I have a 1994 Mardon Dalesman 460/3 ek

I have a aquaroll and when I baought it I was told that you could fill the onboard tank which I have done I have a aquaroll which I filled and connected but the van doesn't appear to use any water from the aquaroll. Can anyone advise me what to do.? I would be most gratefull.

We have an onboard water tank with our new van. I don't know if it works the same way as the older models.We just fill the onboard tank from the aquaroll by turning on the required tap, we then turn off the tap and leave it until we need it and continue to use the water from the aquaroll.As far as I can see you can't use the inboard tank amd the aquaroll at the same time.We turn the tap to the onboard tank when we are both going to use the shower.This way we know the water won't run out halfway through a shower.
