Can anyone recommend a site in the Orleans region which is suitable for an overnight stop enroute to La Rochelle please.

Hi Dave

There is a nice CL type site just south of Orleans called Camping La Grande, it's bigger than our cl's but it's nice with a very friendly owner open's 1st april. It is on the eastside of the road at the south end of Nouan Le Fuzelier opposite the railway station on the N20.
