Hi Dave

Not sure about the strip light cover but I think it is just clipped on or maybe secured from inside the cupboard.

I think the awning light bulb is also accessed from inside the cupboard

Dave,

If jasper is right and you can get to the awning bulb from inside a cupboard heres a tip I have used to improve the amount of light given out without resorting to a stronger wattage bulb.

Buy a camping mirror (which is actually thin sheet steel.) It can be cut with a pair of kitchen sissors (don't tell her!!!)

Cut it to size to enable it to go through the aperture from within the cupboard.

You can then form a bend on the sheet by wrapping it around an unopened food can. It can then be fitted to the rear 'door' of the opening with small bolts.

The light emitted from the bulb will then be reflected forward out into the night and greatly improve the amount of light given off.

Dave if its the same type as mine, its a ring ultra with a external switch.

You have to gently squeeze the top and bottom part of the outer casing to release the four clips that hold the outer cover in position, and pull the cover towards you.

The bulbs for me are 12volt 10 Amps(Max)qty 2.

When replacing the cover make sure the clips are back in place by gently tap the edge of the cover with your hand.
