overnight stop between epinal and mulhouse

Heading to italy via switzerland(Gothard tunnel). Im looking for recomendations for a overnight stop between epinal and mulhouse in alsace( vosge region )or even an stopover near mulheim/lorrach in germany

We've driven to Italy a few times using your proposed route. We usually overnight at Remiremont where there's a small farm site set in lovely countryside. It doesn't take many vans but the facilities are adequate. It's close to the N66 on the D3. On Google Earth it's at 48.02156/6.56428

Hi Percy

We've driven down to Italy via St Gotthard several times. Like John we used the N66. In 2007 we stayed at Camping Acacias in Cernay. You can read my review here
