overnight stop enroute to sarlat dordogne

hi all,

travelling down to sarlat in july 2007 ~ site st avit loisirs in le bugue arriving in caen at 4ish would like to stop on the way down not to much off the beaten track after travelling 2 to 3 hours any advice would be appreciated.

A site about the right distance off the ferry which we and other forum users have visited is just north of Le Mans and very close to the autoroute it is the municipal site at Beaumont-sur-sarthe.

I usually stop at the Municpal site in Salbris
