The N1 (from Burgos) to Madrid is now the A1, and the N1V is the A4. I've driven this road each January for the last ten years and know, and have used most of the service areas. On the A1 at KM 150 there's an Autogrill with parking. 73 miles on towards Madrid is another Autogrill, also with parking. On the A4 at KM98 there's a Cespa filling station with a restaurant, but rather close to the road. Another 60 miles from there, going south is a Cespa Elf service area with a large parking place behind it. This one is my favourite overnight stop. It's well lit and sufficiently far away from the A4 to be quiet. Never more than three lorries there. I usually take on fuel, then point to the rear and say "Parking?", to which they always say "Si!"
