I have scanned in my owners handbook for my 1995 Elddis Motorhome and was wondering if there was a location on the site for various handbooks/manual to be saved to?

There's nowhere to save manuals on this website.
If you post a link to the file containing the manual there's a chance that it might come up via the Search facility, but that would be dependent on anyone using the Search facility entering information that would reveal your link.
