As an ex Parish Councillor it is unlikely that there will be a bye law a covenant is more likelyhi joyce
if there are any laws i would think it would be a by-law so i would ask the local council,but as long as your neigbours dont complain,i cant see any reason why you should not be able to park it on your garden

Thank you for replying i am very greatfull for any helpyou can give us, as we are new to caravaning and looking forward to getting out in the great outdoors.Hi Joyce we must stop meeting like this there are no specific laws regarding parking your van on the drive as I do as you are allowed to keep it within your courtlidge(check spelling) so long as there is not a specific covenant prohibiting tis (check your deed or solicitor)
