Hi John,

I assume you mean the Snapfish on-line photo storage and printing service. Yes I have just used it last week and all went well. I used to use Winkflash but had a problem with delivery last time and the photos come from the USA so are a bit more costly postwise. The only thing i don't like is that it takes ages to upload the pictures to the sites.

John if you are talking about getting prints from Snapfish I think you will find that Jessops are merely an agent for them and have their own offers. I use Snapfish a lot but through Truprint and they are first class.

Another company I would recommend who produce first class results and good packaging and winners of a recent review in a photo mag are www.photobox.co.uk.

cant answer you specific question , but jessops appear to be in some kind of financial trouble and are closing a load of outlets down.

(mind you I never understood why they had 3 shops in The Mander Centre in Wolverhampton? and 2 of them we're almost next door to each other)
