pegging downafter

after 2 years on a hard standing seasonal pitch were now on a seasonal pitch on grass, what pegs will be best to peg down our awning? on the old site we used th big long rock pegs i think there called with the green plastic heads will these be ok to re-use

Yes Max, you could still use your rock pegs if you want to or normal bog standard metal pegs would do the job

'Rock pegs' as some call them are fine in grass if you put them in at an angle rather than straight down. Angle the peg so that that the point is towards the point of load e.g. the tiedown ring on the awnings, or inwards if you are pegging doen the skirt. Get a good angle towards 45 degrees.
(Isn't it difficult to describe something you've done hundreds of times without thinking too much about it ?)
