Penmarlam park at Fowey

Has anyone been to Penmarlam caravan and camping park recently. We are thinking of going there in June with our disabled parents. What are the facilities like etc. How level is the site. We have just been to a gentle sloping site, but we didn't need a step to get in the van!!. Thanks for your time.
 
There is a brand new facilities block at Penmarlam now, very nice showers/loos. The site has two distinct pitching areas - the 'inner' field is completely flat and sheltered, so you could ring ahead and express a preference for here if you wanted to. The newer 'outer' field has some views, but is more sloping in parts. There are hook-ups all round both areas, and the washblock is well placed for either. The site office and small shop have all been recently rebuilt, new owner investing well. This is a very good touring area, lots to see and do. I'm sure you will have a great time. Hope this helps.
