pneumatic tyre for jockey wheel

We've just purchased a jockey wheel with a pneumatic tyre. Does anyone know where we can obtain replacement inner tubes? I've heard someone mention using one for a wheelbarrow but surely that would be too big?
 
A wheel barrow wheel would be too big. They are 12". Why bother about finding an inner tube. Buy a complete wheel from towsure. Item T403 - it's less than a tenner.
 
Hi, I use a solid rubber one,better than the plastic and no worries of puncture like the pneumatic ones and still good with a motor mover
