Polmanter Touring Park, St Ives

It is brilliant, kept spotlessly clean and there are some lovely pitches to be had.

If booking for the summer peak, the park gets heavily booked the previous summer as many re book for the following year while they are still there.

Get down there when you can and enjoy...........

Thanks for the reply, have managed to get booked in for July. Let's hope we get the weather this year!!!

Hope your right about the weather. We are going Polmanter for the first time early august. So I have been watching this space to see what reviews you got.

nobody will be dissapointed with a trip to polmanter.spotless toilets large shower cubicles.excellant bar and restaurant.some pitches have a slite slope take levelling blocks just in case.spent a week here last june rain every day still enjoyed site though.can be a bit pricey peak season....!
 
Hi Sara.

We love Polmanter and are going back for the 5th time in May.

The facilities are excellent and the walk across the fields and down the lanes into St Ives is wonderful. A small bus brings you back to the site if you don't want to walk.

This is one of the few sites we use where we have a fully serviced pitch. Our favourite field is Giew.

Polmanter is part of the Camping Cheque network of sites, so accepts Camping Cheques between the following dates:

21/03-22/05, 01/06-19/06 and 31/08-01/11 making the cost of a pitch, including electricity, car, caravan, awning, and two people, only
