Since Aug 2009 we have been overwhelmed by the number of owners contacting and registering with us at www.caravanandmotorhomewindowproblem.co.uk

684 owners have registered problems with Polyplastic manufactured windows.

What has surprised us is the number of British made caravans affected, we knew this was a major problem in Europe.

Our November newsletter is out now, which gives manufacturers responses and latest statistics...our previous newsletter, giving advice on what to do is also available...Trying to fight this problem on your own is almost impossible.our only chance of success is on Mass. We look forward to hearing from you..
 
I'm with you in this matter. I have had no help whatsoever from Polyplastic or my local dealership who has wiped their hands of the matter. All the windows on my motor home are affected and I dont consider their advice to "wrap" the window in duct tape to avoid serious injury. This is hardly a professional response to the problem.
