Has anyone had problems getting warranty work done by Adria?
We purchased a new 532UP in April 2005 8 months later we had 4 minor problems.After 7 months we are still waiting to have them rectified.
Awning heater not connected and flap broken.
Water filler cap cracked
Flyscreen not working
fridge catch not working
All parts were ordered by dealer in January we have jujst received fridge catch and guess what it is the wrong one.
Since the we have noticed that the panel between the seating area and kitchen has delaminated apparently because they have not fitted shock absorbers to the english models.We are still waiting to find out when that will be rectified.
Sadly the dealer who sold us the caravan has gone into liquidation so no other dealer will do any work on the van.
