Bit of a moan here about Kampa. We have a Kampa Rally porch awning which has been great. Unfortunately we are having a big clear out at home and somehow the awnings poles were thrown out by mistake. So onto the web I went and for spares. Kampa say contact your local stockist. This I did obtained a price and ordered a new set of poles but Kampa had none in stock even though they are still selling the awning complete and after 3 months I am still waiting. Luckily we have just bought a new full awning but want to keep the porch one for the quick weekends away.
Also I quit liked the look of the Kampa Awning skirt with the built in compartments / pockets but can I find one anywhere. All on line stockists I have tried give it as out of stock. Come on Kampa it's the start of the season not the end. It's when shops are supposed to have stock in. The fact so many outlets are out of stock must mean they are popular and sell. Think you need a new production planning team.
