Poppet curtain runners come loose??

Hi All,Has anyone a method of stopping our curtains from becomeing loose off the top and bottom front window tracks.The fault seems to be caused by the poppet type curtain runners fitted on the top & bottom of the curtains no longer clicking into the curtain track groove which appears to have widened easily releasing the poppets.Thanks all and best regards, Cliff.
 
Hi cliffo, I think that the only way out of this one is to buy new plastic tracking. If it has widened then being plastic I cannot see any way of getting it back into shape.

One thing you could try is to remove it and using really hot water or a hair dryer is to warm the track up then use somethng like mole grips to squash it together, enough to close the gap a bit.
