Hi
Just remembered a problem I had in the summer.
I bought a Sunnflair portable gas BBQ - small size with a separate metal stand. There are similar ones in the towsure catalogue.
The BBQ works fine on a gas cylinder with its own regulator fitted but not when connected to the built-in gas connector on the caravan (Bailey Senator Arizona 2006). On the caravan connection the flame was very small and kept blowing out. The BBQ is plated as requiring "28-30/37mbar, orifice size 0.82.
I believe the caravan regulator gives a pressure of 30mbar. Any suggestions? Is there a problem with the caravan connector?
I can't take the gas bbq back as as I bought it at dealer in the south ease whilst camped near to Dover prior to catching the ferry - I had travelled quite a distance to get to this dealer after we discovered that some of the fittings on our new fibre glass poled Bradcot awnings were broken) (We live in north west of England.)
