How far south in Spain?

This starts to make a real difference on the size dish needed for reliable reception.

Down to the foothills of the Spanish Pyrenees a 65CM dish works in good climatic conditions but signal breaks up in thunderstorms etc.

Then just change over the LNB and stand. In fact a second LNB need not cost more than

And another tip - that I keep pushing on here - is to wait until you get to France to buy your dish. For a 80cm dish (a 'standard' size) in the UK you will pay

Hi, I know it's a bit late but I think your going to be lucky to get the BBC or ITV much into Europe. Both have changed to broadcast on the Astra 1 satellite I think. I know for definate that we cannot recieve either on a large 3m dish on the villa in Alicante. Have a look at the following website. It has some 'footprint' maps that will help you I think. http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/findasat/satlocate.html
