Powertouch mover not working

Hi, a couple of weeks ago the Powertouch engineer put a new motor on our mover. He demonstated it working. Not used the van since then, but went to move it this weekend ready to go away next weekend, and there is a problem.
Key is in, Leisure battery is fully charged, the remote works, but when we press both buttons to engage the rollers on the tyres, there is the usual whining noise but the rollers do not spin or move forward.
Looking at the blue box under the seat inside the van, "A" lights up green but "B" lights up red when the whining noise stops.

Help and advice gratefully received BUT please bear in mind that we are both technically useless. However if there is an easy solution to this which runs "flick switch", please let me know asap and it will save trying to get the engineer out.
Thanks in advance.

Hello mel,
I had a similar problem last year, Powertouch suggested that I replace the battery in the remote control, and that sorted the problem for me, may do for yourself.
Regards,
George

thank you Sprocket and George. tried the things suggested in your links Sprocket, no joy. Also tried a new battery, nothing. Powertouch engineer came out today. They really are prompt; it was the "acctuator motor" apparently. All working now, but thanks again for the advice.
mel.
