Yes I am also still waiting. Got fed up waiting and last weekend went out and bought one as I was going away and wanted it to take with me.
I am also serioulsy considering cancelling my subscription and would like to know how to go about claiming a refund for the magazine I had to buy!!!

Stuart Forrest, publisher of Practical Caravan here. There should be no reason why any copies of the June issue should be outstanding, but clearly they are, so we need to deal with it. Any subscriber who hasn't had their copy will need a refund against this issue, and for this I'd ask you to phone our subs bureau on 08456 777 812 and our guys will be able to add an issue onto the end of your current subscription or arrange a credit.
The July issue is en route to you now, but if anyone would like to arrange for a copy of the June to be sent anyway (I for one like to keep them all, so I know how frustrating this can be) then please call the office on 020 8267 5000 (ask for PCV editorial) and we'll do our best to send them out from our own supplies.
Once again I offer my sincere apologies. We're doing our best to make amends for this, and I promise that normal service will resume this month.

Just been on to your subscriptions dept.,and they are sending a magazine out tome,should receive it within 10days.
Now why is it and I'm sure a few would like to know the answer to this does it take a phone call to get something done when your company has already go our money up front.

It takes a phone call because we've absolutely no way of knowing if you've received your copy until you tell us that you haven't! As soon as we know that there is a problem we'll do our very best to make amends but, as rob_jax rightly says, once they leave our hands we're powerless to know if they've arrived or not...

Got my July copy today, and found pages 99 through to 130 missing. Phoned up the subscriptions hot line and was told that they'd rushed it out due to the BH weekend. I was told to call back next week and they would arrange a new copy to be sent out. Why could they not take my details today and arrange the redelivery when the had the necessary copy?
Mine has just dropped through the door and for those of you that are still waiting well you will be pleased to know it comes with not one but two amazing free gifts.
The first is courtesy of 'Caravan Site Finder'its green and great but I have not got a clue what it is or what you do with it!
The second is from PC itself and consists of a number of stickers to decorate your van with such as four stickers to mark where the corner steadies are,fine but if you cant remember where they are to the point you need to attach stickers to remind you how do you find them in the first place to attach the stickers.lol.I am so glad my subscription fee is being so well spent.

Oh the irony of those words...
We have had a small number of calls from subscribers this morning indicating that a section has been missed out of their subscriber copy of the magazine. This doesn't affect all copies, and we're currently looking at the issue as a matter of urgency to find out exactly how many copies are affected.
Needless to say we'll replace all copies affected by this problem, and indeed already have a stock of correct issues to start sending out replacements.
In the meantime I would greatly appreciate your patience in allowing us to get to the bottom of this issue. With a print run as large as this problems can very occasionally occur, much to my frustration as the publisher and yours as the reader. The printing issue is unconnected to last month's delivery problems; we've just had back luck two months in a row 🙁.
Please phone the subs bureau on the number above to let them know if your copy is affected.
As odd as it may sound, I would also appreciate it if you would let me know, on here or to my email address stuart dot forrest at haymarket dot com (anti-spam) if you have received your copy with all the pages it should have! This will help us track down the postal depots which have received the problematic issues.

I freely admit to having ditched this mag a couple of years back. It was going through what could only be described as a 'girlie' phase and basically contained rubbish.
I do however, buy the sister magazine Practical Motorhome at various times as it tends to have better articles. However, even it can 'shine' in the dumbo stakes as in the current issue there is a letter from a reader commenting on the fact that he cannot register his UK motorhome in France as it has the door on the 'wrong side' He was curious why motorhomes with doors on the other side could easily be registered in the UK, but his couldn't in France. Yet we are all part of the EU??????
I expected a reply on this pretty serious question on the format that they would ask the DVLA the position and possibly even the French authorities for clarification. No, all we got was some sympathy from the Asst Ed (female) and if anyone had any answers to let them know. Mind you later on in the same issue the Asst Editor was describing how pleased she was to see the squirrels in a nature reserve. Well, that's all right then. She had her priorities right.
Now before anyone jumps on me for being chauvanistic, let me point out that if the Asst Ed had been male I would have made the same comments. However, the magazine picked her for the job on her technical knowledge of course, and nothing to do with Ms Harman's equality rules. I also have a sneaky suspicion a male Asst Ed may not have been so interested in the squirrels, but then again you never know.

Ours arrived today - but I'm not sure what to do with the green 'disk' that arrived with it - I cannot see it helping me to find a site - and what are you supposed to do with it!?!?
Good point lets have a proper number starting with 01 or 02. a lot of people pay extra to have free call to these numbers.

While we have ( I hope ) the attention of Nigel,please please stop using those stupid fold out ads that are thicker than normal paper.My first job on getting the mag is to rip them out and bin them(no idea what they advertise I never look)if you leave them in it makes reading the mag almost impossible in comfort.
