practical caravan subscription

Hi, dontknow if its on the right part of the forum but here goes, While at the NEC this year i subscribed to the practical caravan mag one because i would save money and two because i was told i would receive the mag before it came out in the shops! well todate no mag has arrived yet its out in the shops. Can anyone tell me when it is sent out and should I have just carried on buying the old fashioned way from the shops
