Praise for good customer service

I thought, as I had the van's spare wheel out of the van, that I would take it to the local branch of a national tyre company to have it balanced. As a family we go there quite often for tyres, servicing, car repairs, etc. They duly balanced the wheel within a few minutes of waiting. And the cost? 'No charge Sir'. I was overwhelmed. 😉 They even provided a free drink of coffee.
