Hi, hoping to go to Provence next year and wondered if anybody knows of a small, dog friendly site. I know this is a bit of a poser given how popular the area is in summer but huge commercial sites aren't really my cup of tea. Are there any CL type sites in this area or does anyone know of a website that lists smaller sites?
 
This site - http://www.campingfrance.com/index.jsp?lg=uk - lists all of the more than 10,000 campsites in France - and includes 'Camping a la Ferme' which are the CL type sites. You can search for these by region - and use the details given to look up the actual campsite website or request more details directly from the site.

Select the region you want, then the Department, then you get an option for campsites 'with stars' or 'a la ferme' - I've just had a look and there are 14 in the Vaucluse department of Provence - several of which also have swimming pools!
