The thing to check is what the warranty conditions are.
Will they send an engineer to you in the event of a problem ?
Do you need to return items to them to check before issuing replacements?
If you want a fully unconditional warranty, go with Powertouch.
In the event of a malfunction they will sort it out, no problem, no issue, just a phone call away, even if you are on site anywhere in the UK.

Purple line are manufactured by Enduro who have been around a long time.
I have just had a new one fitted with £50 of as a caravan club member full details are in the club mags.
Compared to the earlier models the new range is much lighter.
They have a 5 year warranty and can be fitted wherever you want.

We have the Purpleline Enduro Eco fitted to our caravan and I would certainly recommend it. This is the 'economy' model (about £520 from caravan-plus.co.uk I think) but it seems good quality, works a treat and makes life so much easier. I fitted it myself which from a technical point of view is not difficult if you have basic mechanical and wiring skills, and there are some realy good videos on YouTube to show you how.

But it's a pig of a job if you're on your own and not shaped to fit under a caravan like me because the motors are heavy at about 15kg each and need at least three arms to hold them while you bolt them in place. But it was well worth it in the end. If you don't fancy the hassle of fitting it yourself it will cost about £200 for a fitter to do it but it's probably two hundred quid well spent. We're changing our van this year and I'll definately pay to have it swapped on to the new van rather than do it myself.

We had one fitted to our last caravan. After six years it was still working well so did not have to try out that service. Have spoken to them on other matters and they were very helpful.

I too bought one from Towsure and also fitted it myself. I used a trolly jack to hold the motors in position but apart from that it wasnt such a bad job.

It is probably the best thing I have bought in years.
