Has anyone had the same experience as i have, i have a Geist 559 caravan the awning size for this van is 1002cm. The Quest Sandringham elite size 15, 1000-1025cm as stated in the 2009 broucher should have been ideal,but when i looked on their web site i noticed they have now changed the size of 15 to 988-1013cm.
Unfortunately for me i have already bought a awning size 15, and it only measures 970cm.{not including the grey skirt}
The retailer is insisting its a size 15,and will not correct the error until a representive from Quest measures it.
I am taking an extended holiday in 2 weeks time and need it,i fear this will not be resolved before then.
can anyone tell me where stand legally ?
