Radio unit connect to leisure battery

I own a 2003 Peugeot Boxer based Compass and wonder if anyone can suggest best route for leading a connection to the cab from the leisure battery. Im guessing it will require to go over the drivers door but someone might know if theres an easier route?
 
Watching with interest as I want to do the same thing in my 2005 Citroën. Is your leisure battery under one of the cab seats?
