I have just recently rebuilt the front end of my van,Put in new window frames and other wood work,And now i am ready to paper,This is the front of the van,Now would you use the self adhesive backed paper (b&q) or would you use normal washable wall paper as this seems a bit thicker,,Thanks, Eddie,

Neither. The framework will "move" a little under tow, and could easily split either of these covereings. I'd go for a fabric rather than paper - you can get self adhesive - which will hopefully be a little more robust. I suspect most of the panels in new vans are pre-covered before installation which means they can be nice and tidy and tight; in fact they probably come to the manufacturers all ready covered. Good luck.

eddie having rebuilt two older vans, one compleatly,if you use a good quaility paper!you can repaper your van,use solvite super paste, but you must leave a small,crease/over push/lap in the corners, panel ends.

i have been inside one of the vans i papered 4 years ago and yes its still well sealed in the seems.ps,were the panels join,ie front/sides,use a good silicone to add flex

Yea thx for that Chris, paper does seem to be the best option as its movealble if you put it on wrong and there is quite a chioce out there and of course it tends to be a bit cheaper than the other stuff,Do you mean over lap at the seams when putting on the paper,Thanks mate,
