Rear bumper at risk of coming loose

I have wear on the left rear bumper of our Bailey Orion (2012) where the screw holds it to the caravan and I'm worried the left bumper panel will come loose. I've got a washer on it and it's taped at the moment, but that's not a real solution.

How can I repair it or secure it safely in a different way?

Thanks for you help!

If the bumper serves the same purpose as those on my past Unicorn. They are not structural and they do not add to the weather proofing. In fact they are sacrificial.

One of mine became damaged and it was a simple job to replace with 3 ss screws. However, your looks a bit more involved.
