Removing Bonded On Awning Rails

Hi. I haven't posted on here for a while. 🤔
I am hoping for some advice on awning rails. I have to remove an awning rail to sort out another issue. I can see from receipts that the rail was bonded on with Geobond, I would think HM. As far as I can tell this is a PU adhesive that can only be removed mechanically. The sides are painted aluminium and the roof and end panels GRP. If the gaskets get chewed up it doesn't matter but I really don't want to damage the panels. I was thinking maybe cheese wiring them off with MIG wire. Any thoughts?

Very hard to get off without destroying the Rails. Which is why most of the trade replace the aluminium rails with new ones once they have been pulled ff
