Repairing My 1991 Abbey GTS

In the process of updating and fixing our Abbey GTS 415. I have been to our local spares shop for the seal that covers the screws. The man in the spare dept assured me that it was one size fits all, you guessed it we took it home but alas it was too small !!. I have seen on the net that there is a 15mm Herzim 113 trim. What I need to know has anybody replace a pre 1997 abbey van with such a trim.

There used to be several different widths which seem to have settled on 11mm; however the 113 is a different profile as well as the width.

What then is your original shape? the 113 won't fit the 110 groove correctly, if your matches the picture though then it will fit.

Try 'Magnum Motorhomes' in Grimsby for more advise, that's where I got my wider tape from
