Replacement Heater/cooler?

I have a carver something. It's been a while since I have been in my 1995 Bailey Ranger. The carver broke.. again!
Can I replace it with something better? Perhaps with a cooling feature as well as heating. I am only really interested in Electric,

Welcome to the forum. Not sure what is the best bet for you but the Carver is no longer in production but new models should have cold air blowing function, although I have never found these very effective. Best bet is a roof vent fan if you need cooling.
 
I have seen under bed heater/cooler, but it is the wrong shape for the hole the removed Carver . Wondering if something more square shaped available...
