Just had a Rhyno Charger Motor Mover fitted to my Sprite Major 6. Did the usual forums to see which suited the best. Decided on the charger as it has lifetime guarantee and is UK built. Read a few negative posts re- lack of cross actuation, but I don't park close to a wall and each side is levered into position in secounds (probably quicker than winding one side with cross actuation). Also there was a lot of negative comments about the hand set being basic and not having directions indicated on it, but I found it easy and intuitive to use.

The mover also sits very high under the van and being black isn't too visible. Haveing only just had it fitted haven't tried on sites yet.

The reason I am writing this post is I am very happy with the service and quality of the rhyno and the price was one of the lowest, it is also one of the lightest. This is my first mover so can't compare with other makes, but Rhyno provided excellent service and product.

I can agree with you on that one, after a couple of initial delivery problems and me getting something wrong on the set up the backup service from Rhyno was excellant. Best piece of equipment I have fitted in all my years of caravanning. No problems with speed bumps so far and I have fitted a new pnumatic jockey wheel for the muddy bits.

I absolutely agree. It is so quick and easy to apply the rollers to the wheels that I cannot think that cross actuation would help much. We also liked the high position of the unit, having heard of so many people who had had other makes damaged by kerbs etc. It never occured to us that the handset needed any elaboration. As others have said - the best thing we have bought since we had a caravan. We just wish we had bought it years earlier.
