We recently placed an order with them that cost £518. After 3 weeks our stuff had not arrived so I emailed them. They sent an automated response saying that they would reply within 48 hours. After 4 days I was getting concerned so I rang them. They explained that they believed it to be a fraudulent transaction on our credit card therefore witheld the order. They were not very apologetic about it either. I complained and said that if they believed the card to be stolen they should not have taken my money and held on to it or they should have tried to contact me. The supervisor that I spoke to was extremely rude but said that our order would now be dispatched. I received the order today with 3 items missing. These items have been paid for and amount to over £70. I'm waiting for a call back with an explaination. Whatever the excuse is, I won't be shopping there again.
