RM8555 Beeping and clicking

I recently moved my RM8555 and reconnected it, i havent filled up with gas yet so tried the 12v cooling but am getting a constant beeping (no warning LED) and a relay clicking from the rear, any ideas? I have also tried it with the engine running so am getting enough power.

The 12v does not cool down the fridge no matter if the engine is running. The 12v is there to maintain and already cool fridge for longer than normal.

Generally, caravan fridges have the same or similar power on 12v or 230V - they'll both take about 24 hours to cool down from ambient but most 12v use is only a few hours while under tow.
