Road reports in Spain

Driving down through Spain from Santander to the South coast on 3rd January. In view of the weather outlook (and always presuming that we can get down to Portsmouth from Yorkshire in the first place) does anyone know of how to get access to road condition reports existing in Spain without the problems of getting onto the internet, e.g. phone numbers, etc. Useful information would be much appreciated.
 
not sure about road condition information, but you will get some idea from the spanish met. site www.aemet.es/es/eltiempo/prediccion/espana You will need to put in cities en route but it is a fairly easy site to understand.
I hope the northern part of Spain is going to be Ok as I shall be there about a week before you (Plymouth permitting) but going south east to Valencia.
