roof mounted horizontal cycle carrier

Recently on holiday in France we saw a couple of Germans with Roof Mounted Horizontal Cycle Carriers. I have serarched the internet and cannot find them. Please can anyone advise of where one can be purchased from?

Oh, should have made it clear. The cycle carrier was on the roof of the car not the Caravan!
