A typical well run CC site set in the Bere Forest midway bewteen Wickham and Fareham. It's a fairly large site with a mix of grass and hard standing pitches. There is an excellent play area for kids and forest walks straight off the site. Nearest shops are in Wickham, approx 3 miles away. Portsmouth and Southsea are within a 20 minute drive, Southsea with its pebble beach, ferries, warships etc passing by yards away as well as an excellent sea life centre, whilst Portsmouth has its naval dockyard, Hms Victory etc, possibly a bit too "old" for your youngest. There is also Wharf Quays for retail therapy. You will not be disappointed with RP but from my experience it could be busy!! with plentgy of youngters riding around the site on their bikes!!!! Enjoy
