Don't usually pre-book sites but contemplating this site next month and don't want to be dissapointed if I arrive to find it full.
The point of this topic ? Am I right in thinking that they don't accept reservations?
If they do not does anyone have an opinion on just turning up and finding a pitch ?

If you go there 23rd - 26 june, you will see thousands of harley-davidsons.We arrived at campsite without booking, and unaware of this meet, last year, and still got in. It was fantastic, with no trouble what so ever.
 
Yes, your information is correct. They do not accept reservations. It is not that common to make reservations anyway in Germany, but so long as you don't turn up too late in the evening you should be alright and there are several other campsites close by that will help out for one night should the worst happen.
