Hi, has anyone yet used or intend to use the new Ford S-Max for towing. It has all the capabilities of the Galaxy but with less of a price. We currently tow with a 1.9td Galaxy - superb but are looking for a slightly smaller car with same capabilities. Helen.

We take delivery of the S Max in the next week. Currently tow with a Mondeo Ghia Desel estate, which we have been pleased with. The S Max is heavier and has the option of 7 seats if required. Safety features on the S max are good. We liked the S max when we looked at it.

Hi Annette, we are thinking of changing in March. Are you having the towbar fitted by Fords, if so, removable or not. When you have towed can you let us know on the forum what you think. Thanks, Helen.
